As a company policy, hck.innovations and its employees are not authorized to and do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new product names, marks, graphics, product enhancements, advertising concepts or plans, new or improved products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans, domain names, artwork, suggestions or other works (collectively and individually, “ideas”). Please do not send any ideas in any form to hck.innovations or any of its employees. hck.innovations wishes to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes when its products, services or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to hck.innovations or its employees.

If you submit ideas, however, then the following terms shall apply to your submission of ideas:

Your submissions of ideas will automatically become the property of hck.innovations, without any compensation or other rights to you; hck.innovations may use, modify or reproduce the ideas for any purpose and in any way and for an unlimited period of time, including giving your ideas to others;

hck.innovations is not obligated to review your ideas or to respond to you in any way or to return your submissions; There is no obligation to keep your submissions confidential; and hck.innovations is not responsible for any similarities between your ideas and any hck.innovations products, services or activities.
